We believe that everyone deserves access to quality, affordable health care, and we’re guided by this vision of care every day as we interact with our patients, each other, and our communities.

Our desire to connect with our communities extends well beyond the walls of our offices. We encourage our employees to drive change in a variety of ways, including:

	Be human A volunteer program that gives employees the chance to give back and work directly with the people and organizations that AdvantageCare Physicians serves. Volunteer efforts include organizing food and toy drives for local charities, planting urban gardens at senior centers, and more.
	Participating in local events ACPNY participates in community fairs and other events all across the city to offer free health screenings, including blood pressure and body mass index (BMI) measurements.
	A half-day of PTO to volunteer We want to make it easier for you to give back to the community groups you care about most. We provide a half-day of paid time off to help you get out there.
