As the core of your digital patient experience, myACPNY helps you digitally manage your care before, during, and after your visit, all from your mobile device or computer.

Before Your Visit

Even before you set foot in an ACPNY office, you can use the myACPNY patient portal to find a provider or medical office location that is most convenient for you and meets your care needs. From there, you can schedule an appointment, prepare for your visit, and make your care experience as seamless as possible. Before your visit, use myACPNY to:

  • Review any history of your prior visits.
  • Use the Symptom Checker feature to help guide on what type of care you should seek.
  • Verify your billing and insurance information, which will be securely stored for all future appointments and streamline check-in and check-out.
  • Update contact information and communication preferences to let us know the best way to get in touch with you.
  • Confirm and check in for your appointment up to seven days in advance.
  • View the Care Team you’ll work with so you can get to know their backgrounds and areas of expertise.
  • Use the Wait List feature to learn about earlier appointment times, making it possible to see your provider even sooner than you originally scheduled.
