- Find a provider or medical office location
- Schedule appointments and review your visit history
- Check in for your appointments
- Request prescription refills
- View test results and medical records
- Learn from valuable educational materials about conditions related to your health
- Message your providers and Care Teams, making it easier to stay in touch outside of regular appointments
- Learn about earlier appointment times with your provider with the Wait List feature
We’ve also added several new features to myACPNY to further improve your care experience:
- Check status of billing balances and payments
- Pay bills using Google Pay or Apple Pay for seamless check-out
- Check in and let the front desk staff know you’ve arrived for your appointment with the Hello Patient feature
- Use the Symptom Checker feature for guidance on what type of care you should seek
