AdvantageCare Physicians Announces Opening of New Medical Office in Jackson Heights, Queens

07/14/2021

NEW YORK–AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY), one of the largest primary and specialty care practices in New York, announced today the opening of its new medical office in Jackson Heights, Queens. Opening in connection with the ACPNY Jackson Heights office will also be a co-located EmblemHealth Neighborhood Care (EHNC) center offering one-on-one support and free health & wellness classes.

The Jackson Heights location reinforces ACPNY’s care approach in the communities it serves through more than 40 offices across New York City and Long Island. This location marks ACPNY’s ninth office in Queens—with other locations in Astoria, Cambria Heights, Flushing, Forest Hills, Jamaica Estates, Richmond Hill, Rochdale Village, and Rockaway—which work together to bring comprehensive care to the larger community. With this new opening, all ACPNY patients in the borough will have easier access to specialty care provided by doctors and nurses who live in the community they serve and are trained in cultural competency. Situated in the most ethnically diverse urban area of the world, Jackson Heights has a population of over 175,000 residents, over 80% of which are Latino or Asian.

“At ACPNY, we know that accessible and quality care is both life-affirming and life-saving,” said Dr. Navarra Rodriguez, President and Chief Medical Officer at ACPNY. “That’s why we are so excited to provide a new home for health where the people of Jackson Heights both live and work.”

The Jackson Heights facility is approximately 18,000 square feet and includes

  • Full laboratory
  • Accommodations for 25 doctors
  • Primary care
