Although we are past COVID-19 as a critical public health crisis, COVID-19 is still with us and remains a serious health topic that we all need to stay informed and vigilant about. To keep yourself, your family and loved ones, and your community safe and healthy, you should continue to prevent exposure to and spread of COVID-19.
Testing for COVID-19:
AdvantageCare Physicians conducts COVID testing for established patients only, by appointment, following a telehealth or office visit to assess the need for COVID testing. AdvantageCare Physicians does not offer travel-related testing or testing to return to work.
For easy access to COVID-19 testing, you may purchase at-home rapid tests at many retail locations or pharmacies, or online. Or, to find a testing site near you, call the New York State COVID-19 Hotline at 1-888-364-3065 or visit the HHS website.

AdvantageCare Physicians encourages everyone to stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines and boosters. For COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters near you, visit the NYC Vaccine Finder website or consult the CDC’s comprehensive vaccine finder.

When visiting ACPNY medical offices:
If you test positive, call first. For the safety of other patients and our providers, do not come directly to our offices if you have tested positive for COVID-19. Instead, please call 866-749-2660 for direction on seeking care.
Masks are optional. Masks or face coverings are not required, but still encouraged, for all patients and other individuals visiting our offices. However, patients with certain health conditions will be asked to wear a mask.
